I just hit over 5 months logging and have lost 50 pounds so far. The system works and is great but the last two weeks have been a burn out for me. I have lost about 7 more pounds than I originally set out to lose but now want to lose about 10 more. Last week we went to the Houston Rodeo twice and I went to town come Monday time to weigh in and I had maintained. This week I am doing good but I have a huge weekend family get together. Next week is my sons boy scout camping trip. So to make a long story short through out all of this I have learned it is not how fast you lose but how you feel in the end. My blood pressure is back to normal I am in the best shape in the last 12 years and I feel great. So I am upping my calories to 1/2 a pound per week for the next month or so to give my mind and body a break before I work hard on that last 10-15 pounds.
