Trying to stay motivated!

Hello all! I've been following a 1200 calorie diet, running 5 days a week, and doing some strength training about 3 days a week. I've been working at it for almost 2 months now. I initially lost 11 inches overall and lost 6 lbs, but have lost nothing in the past 3 weeks. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. i'm really trying to stay motivated. i don't want to quit because i know i have more energy and i have set a goal for myself to do a 5k sometime this year. Any suggestions would be welcome. feel free to friend me! thanks!
