Vegie Wrap - Recipe

I made this awesome flat bread wrap for lunch today and it was so good! I wanted to share it with you all. I'll list the calorie amounts for the ingredients that I used.

1 light white flat bread - 90 calories
2 Tablespoons of roasted garlic hummus - 70
2 Tablespoons of purchased prepared Guacomole - 40
2.5 oz Pico De Gallo - 19

I spread the ingredients in order listed, onto the flat bread, rolled up, and cut in half. Awesome 219 calorie sandwich!!
