I have just started noticing that my left side of my lower stomach is bigger then my right side.is that normal or noy?if its not how can i fix it.i work out everyday.should i focus on mu left side for a few weeks?

Everyone is built a bit cockeyed. My stomach is a bit uneven too. Are you doing weight training or cardio? If you're weigh training, may I recommend free weights over machines to ensure that you are using proper, symmetrical form?0

I have been doing both.i dont have any machines to weight lift so i try to use my own weight.like push ups,squats, crunches and so much more.i hope mine its too noticeable.lol0
