Quality Heart Rate Monitor

I own a heart rate monitor but it is from 2008. It is Polar brand. I really love it but I think its tie for a new one. It isnt counting correctly.
I am in the market for a new one. Preferrably one that counts heart rate, distance, steps (like a pedometer), and calories burned. I also, would like it to me be fairly easy to set up and operate. I realize that HRM are expensive but if I can stay under $100.00 that would be ideal. Can anyone give me any ideas?

I was going to post this exact question! I also have a Polar but its driving me nuts. It keeps going to 00 during my workouts so I am not getting the proper estimate. I even bought new batteries for the watch and strap. So I was thinking of getting a new one too but don't want to spend too much. I would also like some recommendations!!0
