I'm suppose to be going for lunch with friends tomorrow and I'm terrified of eating way to many calories! Anyone got any healthy options they know most places serve at lunch that won't be big on the calorie scale? :(

Most places have a soup and salad lunch. Just get a light dressing on the side and a soup that is isn't cream. Avoid the croutons, cheese, etc. Another idea: get a grilled chicken sandwich and don't eat the bread. Get steamed veggies or a side salad instead of fries. Be careful with main course/entree salads. They tend to rack up hundreds of calories with their full dressings and all the stuff they add. You can lighten them up by asking them to hold the calorie heavy stuff. Do you know where you are going? See if the menu is online and preplan your meal and look for nutrition values.
