What am I doing wrong?

I drink water before I work out and some during. But then I feel like I'm going to be sick. Even with low impact cardio. Am I drinking too much water? Is that even possible??

maybe if your overly full but if thats not it id say call your doctor0

How long have you been working out for? were you very sedentary before?0

I'm on month 3 now and I've been working a very physical job on 12 hour shifts for almost 2 years. It's not every time I work out but there's no pattern to it either. I can come home after 12 hours and jog for an hour but then on an off day I end up feeling sick. Or the other way around.0
