Im having a hard time because i try to stay on track with sugar its like i never can eat fruit or yogurt because its high in sugar. Is it different if ur getting ur sugar from fruit than from like a cookie. So if i go over will it wreck my eating on track. I have been wanting fruit and havent eaten it because of all the sugar so i dont know what to think of it.

Don't worry about the sugar. It's just a carb. Track your carbs, and you'll be fine. Enjoy your fruit and yogurt0

you can eat fruits ending in "berries" those tare lowest in sugar, you can also have plain greek yogurt, i would sweeten it with stevia because its a little tart!0

It's refined sugar that you want to avoid. Sugar in fruit and yogurt is fine.0
