Im having a hard time because i try to stay on track with sugar its like i never can eat fruit or yogurt because its high in sugar. Is it different if ur getting ur sugar from fruit than from like a cookie. So if i go over will it wreck my eating on track. I have been wanting fruit and havent eaten it because of all the sugar so i dont know what to think of it.

Don't worry about the sugar. It's just a carb. Track your carbs, and you'll be fine. Enjoy your fruit and yogurt :)

you can eat fruits ending in "berries" those tare lowest in sugar, you can also have plain greek yogurt, i would sweeten it with stevia because its a little tart!

It's refined sugar that you want to avoid. Sugar in fruit and yogurt is fine.
