So after years of using weight watchers, I have collected dozens of great recipes which all have a point value. Is there any easy way to figure the calories for a dish based on the points for that dish, or do i have to enter each one into the recipe database???

I've found that there is roughly 50 cals for each point. But the macros aren't counted...
Unfortunately, I would add them into the database. :-(0 -
45 Cal per point, but it only works if you counted nutrition from the vegetables and fruits, otherwise you will be under-estimating calories. You also won't be tracking macros, I'd re-enter everything into here.0
