No, Eat a ton of fiber. I get 30-40g a day somedays. Just make sure you drink a lot of H20 and consider taking a probiotic as well, this all aides in getting optimum nutrition out of your diet and helps too promote a healthy digestive track.0

I am eating about 35 grams a day and drink lots of water. This fills me up... I just don't get as hungry. The one exception, I am famished after 45-60 minutes on the elliptical. Fiber draws water so drink, drink ,drink...0
