RAW Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chewies

3 C rolled old-fashioned oats
1C of organic PB
1/2C Vanilla Almond milk or regular milk
1tsp vanilla
1/2C Garden of Life Extra Virgin Ccconut Oil (can also substitue 1/2C butter, if you prefer)
1serving Garden of Life RAW Protein Vanilla or Original flavor
1TBS stevia extract

In a large saucepan, mix the stevia extract, coconut oil and almond milk. Bring to a full boil for one minute and stir the mixture constantly so it does not stick to the pan. Remove from heat and add PB and vanilla, stirring until PB is completely melted. Stir in oats and RAW Protein and stir well with a wooden spoon until combined. Quickly drop spoonfuls on sheets of wax or parchment paper and cool completely. Enjoy! Of course they're pushing a certain product. Use what you have. I used honey since I don't use stevia. I can't stop eating these damn things. LOL
