The much talked about protein - Chicken

Hey all, I make all my food at the beginning of the week, and one of the meals I make is a salad that has chicken on it. This chicken needs to stay good from Sunday(when I make it) to Friday(last day I eat the salad). Any one have good recipes for me?

    Bake the chicken and then freeze in individual portions. I'm not likely to eat chicken on Friday that was prepared Sunday.

    Bake a tray of chicken breast brushed with olive oil and with whatever seasoning you like on top... 375 for about 40 minutes... or put on a marinade. Then keep out enough for Monday-Tuesday, then on Tuesday night, move some more to the fridge... on Thursday night one more portion.

    I like a bit of pesto sauce baked on...
