    My trainer gave me this recipe. I love them. Like breakfast cookies.
    You can omit Splenda if you like.
    Protein pancake: 1 scoop protein powder, ½ cup oats, 2 egg whites, cinnamon and splenda! Mix together and fry like a pancake!

    I usually make two smaller ones but you can do one big one too.

    1 scoop choc protein powder
    1 whole egg
    1/4 cup egg white
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Top with pb or almond butter

    I like using sweet potatoes as the carb over oatmeal... to me it has a better consistency, but to each their own.

    I usually just substitute half the actual pancake mix i'd normally use with vanilla whey powder & add a few whole eggs.
    But, i really only do this on days I know i'll be doing manual labor so i'm not worried too much about the cals.
