Question about defecits?

Alright, so my BMR is 1,347.. and I set my weight loss on here to around 1.5/week and its telling me to eat 1270 a day.. that's less than 100 cal defecit per day, 100x7= 700, that's .5 a week.. not 1.5! Help?? Haha I'm so sorry if this is a dumb question. I just get so confused with numbers!

  • Your BMR is basically what you need to survive. If you eat your BMR or less i think you'll be losing more than 1.5 lbs per week. Just try something out. Whats the big rush? It took awhile to gain, it'll take awhile to lose. Don't stress it. Go your own pace.
