Juice and weight loss??

I've been trying to cut down my diet pop consumption. However, I also find myself steering away from drinking juice because of the calories and high sugars in them. Does anybody drink juice and has success in losing weight? Will drinking a glass of juice in the morning at breakfast make me gain weight?

Are the naked or bolthouse farms juices better than Tropicana, for example?

I'm sure I read somewhere that Naked smoothie drinks are meant as meal replacement supliments due to something really high in them..

Do whatever you want as long as it fits in your budget.

When I met with a nutritionist years ago, they said that 8 ounces a day would not cause you to gain weight, but more than that could be a problem. I have personally decided to stop the juice altogether, but it is up to you. I have done research recently that says that too much sugar can hamper your weight loss.
  • I get the low cal low sugar juices. I particularly like the orange juices and grape juices. I haven't had a problem drinking a glass a day.
