Hi everyone,
My name's Chelsea. I'm an E4 in the Navy. I'm 26 years old, almost 27. I'm newly married and currently stationed on the opposite side of the country from my new husband. I've been very stressed from work and have gained 15lbs in a month. The weight gain has made life that much more frustrating and stressful. Looking for some friends and support on my weight loss journey.
