30 Day Shred or Body Revolution

I have been doing JIllian's body revolution for almost 3 weeks now and have lost about four pounds, while this is still good because any weight loss is good...I am kind of disappointed. In the past when I did 30 day shred, I think I lost more weight. I have been diligent with my diet- watching both carbs and calories. I am starting to think that I just need more cardio...

I am wondering what people think... Will I lose more weight using 30 day shred or should I just stick out the 90 days of JMBR? I can't finf anyone who lost a lot of weight using JMBR. What have others' experiences been?
