30 minutes of kickbox, running or eliptical ???

I have done kickboxing in the past...However I now run 30 minutes a day (3 miles) and do 30 minutes on the eliptical varying the resistance and incline through out...I also added 30 day shred to my daily workouts...
I am getting bored with the same routine everyday run/eliptical/shred...I was thinking of alternating with a 50 minute kickboxing dvd plus the 30 minute shred...So mon...wed...fri will be run/eliptical/shred and tue...thur...sat will be 50 minute kickboxing dvd plus shred...
Sorry for all the rambling...My question is do you burn the same calories with running...eliptical and kickboxing...Because if kickboxing burns less than I will keep my old routine...
