Trying to stay motivated

Hi. I'm new here. I've signed up here for the support and to get new tips I can learn. Maybe even offer some advice for things I've learned over this past year. I lost 40 lbs on my own last year and just need that extra push to lose the last 15 lbs and get to my goal weight. I've been working out for an hour 5 times a week and trying to eat more balanced meals. When I hit a stall I get discouraged and hope seeing others progress/hurdles helps me with dealing with the weight loss ups and downs .

Hi there, I have joined up for the same reasons! Like you, I'm trying to keep motivated. I must say, I think this site is really good, and it's helped me to make the relationship between food and exercise more tangible - I'm getting quite a kick out of recording everything to see the pattern emerging.
