i was wondering if it was ok for a male 23 5ft10 213 to start a 1300 calorie diet to lose wheight in like 5months ive heard all of this stuff like you shouldnt do that in youll starve ive ate that before in didnt have much of any trouble with it i read that thats right at what a man needs for everything to function i just dont understand whats so bad about it even though its kinda under 1500
