WW to MFP

I lost quite a bit of weigth on WW over the past few years or so. I went from almost 300 down to 158. As a 5'11 male, that was just fine. I usually fluctuated for a year or so around 160-170. In November of 2011 I went on Lexapro and in a month I had put on 30 pounds and weighed 200. I was crushed. From my lowest at 158 back to 200, THIRTY POUNDS GAINED in ONE MONTH. I was mortified. I feel as if I have been beating myself up since then as it has been over a year and I am still 200. Luckily I have not gained anymore weight.
When I was part of WW they used the old system. I have tried the new and it has not seemed to work for me. I am now turning to using MFP with my Fitbit--I still feel like I am eating too much by following the guidlines here, but I know that I have to at least try.
I am looking for friends who, like me, are very up-beat and positive. I do have my rough days, but I am here for the long haul and would appreciate the help and guidance. Thank you!
