Okay, so before I turned to fitness I was a TV junkie…and I still love my television shows -- just try not to spend hours at a time watching or Netflixing like I used to.

What are some of your favorite shows?

Just to name a very few I love: Modern Family, Downton Abbey, Glee, True Blood, Game of Thrones, How I Met Your Mother, The Office, Hoarders, Shark Tank, My Strange Addiction, Chopped etc.

    I am a die-hard True Blood fan. I have also been known to watch Raising Hope, How I met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, (I found and obsessed over) Desperate Housewives (on netflix), and I can't forget my latest obsession- downton abbey. oh.. and walking dead. But I've been working the last 3 sundays in a row so blehhhhhhhhh I'm behind.
