Greetings,
I started MFC on Monday 5-12-2010 and weighed in at 206 lbs. This morning 4-17-2010 and am now down 3 1/2 lbs to 202.5.
I would like to know what is the most accountable forum. I need accountabilty.
Also if I just post my wt every morning that would kinda be accountable, but I need to know someones watching.
Any and all ideas very much appreciated!

Hey there Lolly Ollie!
Welcome to MFP, and congrats on hitting the ground running! I've been here since February, and I have to say the support system these MFPers have going is unparalleled! A great way to help yourself gain some accountability is to find one or two people here that are willing to go on your journey with you. I know there are others here in your same position, and being in constant contact with someone who shares your goals is extremely helpful!
As far as posting your weight every morning, I might not suggest that. Your weight can fluctuate quite a bit day to day, so the best thing (I've heard this from a lot of people on here) is to weigh yourself maybe once or maybe twice every week, around the same time of day. Just a thought!
