I'm going on a cruise and I would love to have my few extra pounds gone!!!
does anybody else has a small goal in short time?
I dont want to lower my calories goal because it would be like 1200 and that's too low for me...
do you guys have any advices?

Well, here's the math: To lose 10 lbs in 42 days, you need to create a caloric deficit of 833 kcal/day. Your BMR is probably around 1450 and if you're moderately active you probably burn about 2200 kcal a day. In theory, if you ate right around your BMR, you could come close to 10 lbs in 6 weeks, but that's rather strenuous.
So unless you up your activity to very high levels, you won't be able to eat a reasonable amount and create the deficit that you need. But you could probably eat around 1700 kcal/day and lose a pound a week, which is a more realistic goal.1 -
