I LOVE water!!!

Slightly random post but I just wanted to say how much water has helped me!

In my previous attempts to lose weight I've often ignored the 'drink plenty of water thing' and concentrated on food. But around 3 weeks ago I slowly started adding more and more water to my diet - I average around 3 litres a day now (I used to be a diet soda ADDICT - I'm down to a can of diet coke a day now, and mostly 0/1 coffee a day around 2 green teas).

It is literally BRILLIANT. My skin is 10000x better - people have even been commenting on how fresh my skin looks, and it seems to have taken away some of the natural shine. I've also noticed my concentration and energy soar in work and it's great for curbing my hunger - I literally NEVER snack anymore.

So yeah, just wanted to share how great water is basically!

What's the food/drink that's made the biggest impact for you? Perhaps I'll try it :)

    I totally agree! I am never seen without an icy cold glass of chilled water and yes my skin is breathing such a sigh of relief for it!

    I am often told I look 8 years younger because of my routine 8+ glasses a day H2O addiction.

    Seriously some peoples skin really does reflect their diet and lack of water intake...it is sooo beneficial in plumping up your skin and making it all fresh and rosy.
