Force myself to eat?

I logged in 1000ish calories yesterday. Honestly, I went the whole day not really ever hungry. I have days like this sometimes. Other days I'll eat probably around 1400-1550 calories a day. (5'1, 128)
Should I force myself to eat on days like this? I mean in retrospect it wouldn't have been like, literally force-feeding myself, I just was satiated the whole day but could have eaten more.

It depends how fatten sometimes is. As long as you usually get a decent amount of calories, you are fine. Heck, at 5'1, your BMR is less than the Holy 1200, so 1000 isn't going to do you much harm even a couple times a week.0

^^^This
It's the consistently netting 500 and 600 calories per day on a routine basis, etc that causes problems0 -
Do you know what your TDEE is? Personally I take my TDEE - 20% and stick to those calories. I do sometimes go under to try to stay around there and lose weight slowly and surely.
I personally feel that 1000 is very low even for someone at 5ft 1. The odd day isn't going to make a difference in your shoes I would try adding some nuts or some olive oil or a spoonfull of peanut butter to increase my calories a bit.0 -

I know there's a thread that people constantly link whenever people are confused about their BMR or TDEE. I haven't gotten around to reading it, I really should.
Basically I'm 5'1, 128, 24yrs
I have an active lifestyle (upgraded from sedentary, yay!) and my goal is to lose 15-ish pounds, so that I'd be at the weight I was through most of my college life.0 -
