Those of you with a HRM, what is your VO2 max or OwnIndex score?
A couple of months ago mine was at 52 ("elite") but due to over training/getting ill it dropped to 37 ("good"). I have just taken it again and its at 38, so its starting to climb again, which I am so pleased about!
If you wondered what VO2 Max is, its a way of measuring your cardiac fitness. You can measure it with a heart rate monitor or on some treadmills. I am sure there are other, more technical ways, but I am not sure what they are.
I have just been for my first jog in a month and the endorphins are kicking in. This is all so much easier when I am exercising!
