Check out this smoothie recipe from Angela of Goddess Body. She says: "You can sit-up, plank, & crunch all ya want.. But if your digestive system ain't up too par, you'll find it's a lot harder to tone your tummy area. My "Bust That Gut" Smoothie will help to release old hardened fecal matter, parasites, & other insalubrious waste out of the stomach, & intestines ;-)

"Bust That Gut"

24 oz coconut water
... 3 Tblsp flaxseed
1/2 cup strawberries
2 yellow ripe plantain (sweet)
About 4-6 inch off fresh aloe leaf
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup grapes
