An oddity I've noticed

So before I cared little about my sodium intake. Lost 11.8 lbs. Then I got sodium conscious. Gained 2.6 lbs. Concidence? Am I grasping at straws? I don't know what to think. A curious conundrum, no doubt!

You cracked the code. Eat nothing but pure sodium and the pounds will melt right off.

It's likely a water weight gain. Sodium is not the only thing that will cause this. Usually it's more about electrolyte balance than just the sodium part of the equation. Unless your sodium intake was unusually high, it is not critial to track.
