Hey guys, I appreciate you all taking the time and reading this. Well here is what Im doing to lose weight in the morning I go for a 30 min run and after that i do a nike workout from the app. then i take a shower and have breakfast. two or so hours later ill have lunch. in the afternoon i have a snack and two to three hours later i have dinner. when i get hungry ill have a light snack. i weight lift which is every monday, wednesday and friday i will have whey protein shake. i burn 500~1000 when i work out and eat maybe half of that. im on a 1200 calorie diet. well then how does this sound? anyways, thank you for reading. oh and i drink eight glasses or more of water a day.

    Sounds like you're well on your way. Watch your calroie intake though. It sounds kinda low for all the work you're doing. Make sure your calroies are "good" calories too.
