What Amounts Should I Set???

I just readjusted my caloric intake to 1600 a day after a thorough understanding of TDEE from yesterday - thanks to all who helped! I was really WAY undereating hence why my loss in weight stopped...............

I'd like to accurately target goals for Protein, Carbs, Fat and Sugar - Sodium too if anyone knows...............what amounts should I put into MFP with my new 1600 caloric intake???

I know with fruit it throws sugar way off so I actually made a new category in my Diary called "Fruit" and although it is still counted against the Sugar, I can now see it separate which visually helps me - but I'd still like a good readjusted target / goal for those categories if anyone has any input.

Any info / help would be great! Thanks all!

    My carbs are 40 - protein and fat 30 each. 2500 for sodium.

    40/30/30 - carbs, protein, fat

    ^This is the ratio that makes me feel best.

    mine are at 40/30/30 and 2500 for sodium. The 40/30/30 came directly from In Place Of A Roadmap, as I'm still new enough at this that i want to conquer one thing at a time and for now that's calories. Exercise comes next, then micro-managing my macros.
