Treadmill advice

We are in the market for a budget friendly treadmill... We are not runners and never will be, but when I get in shape again i will alternate walk/jog/incline. I have had a lot of problems with my feet so I've been told to walk on one of these instead of a hard surface. We have looked at the Proform 1450 (currently on sale for $1199 which seems to be a good price for it), the Livestrong LS15.OT (I think we have eliminated this one) and the NordicTrack 1750 (currently on sale for ($1499). We are leaning toward the Proform. With its current sale price we think it offers the most for our money. We also think we would enjoy iFit, so it's a priority. The online reviews for all 3 are pretty good but I am very skeptical about them because I can't find any review sites without links to purchase.

Anyone have any of these or know much about them? I realize NordiacTrack and Proform are made by the same company.
