The Best Heart Rate Monitor

So I live way out where Amazon Does Not Deliver.
But a friend is coming from the U.S and can bring me my heart rate monitor!!! Yay!

I need to know which one to get because this doesn't happen every day.
I've already had to wait for months for this opportunity, so I have to get it right.

Please only recommend the kind with personalized settings.
