Hair & Exercise

Hi peeps! I'm new to the community so forgive me if there is already a topic about this.

Anyway, ladies (or any men that can offer tips or advise) how do you manage having great hair and getting your exercise in for the week? My hair is natural (not chemically treated) but I love wearing it flat ironed however, after my work outs it's sweated it out. I pay alot to get it done and I feel like it's a waste. Exercising in a priority so I don't want to not exercise because of my hair.

Any of you have this issue? Any sugestions?

    I'm mixed and my hair is naturally curly (you can see in my av).. I'm not sure what to suggest cause I used to flat iron a lot when I was younger than found peace with my natural curls so I straighten once a year or every two now.. I experience the same thing when I get sweaty or the weather is humid, my hair turns into a poof.

    I would suggest forgetting your hair and making your health a priority. Stop paying to have it done, either do it yourself or do without it until you reach your goals.

    oddly I put a little baby powder or dry shampoo in my hair before and after my workout to quickly soak up the oils before it does too much damage to my hair.
