Hello

Hello, Well I am trying a 60 day chnallenge starting tomorrow. I am trying to lose 50 pounds and will be doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. I plan to lower my calorie intake to no more than 1000 calories per day and will do this for 60 days. Just looking for some encouragement and support. I saw a video from Divaslimsdown and that inspired me to do the same. :) oh and also I have an exercise bike too so I plan to involve that as well.
