Activity Level Advice

Hi all...so I am just looking for some more opinions on setting my activity level when calculating TDEE. I don't want to have to eat back calories burned or anything like that. I'm using the TDEE calculations and just basing my calories on that. I'm using C25K and Turbo Jam DVDs as my exercise. Here's an example of a week: (this can vary week by week)
Day1- c25k (30 minutes)
Day 2- 20 minute turbo jam workout
Day 3- rest
Day 4- c25k (30 minutes), 20 minute turbo jam + ab jam (20 minutes)
Day 5- 45 minute turbo jam + 20 minute turbo jam
Day 6- c25K (30 minutes)
Day 7- 20 minute turbo jam + ab jam (20 minutes)
I estimated my weekly hours exercised and it ranges from 3-5 hours a week. I also work three 12 hour days where I'm on my feet most of the day in a manufacturing environment.
My question is, am I moderately active? Which activity modifier would you recommend I use?
Thanks everyone!

I would use moderately active - but change it to very active if you are not seeing changes.0

What does the rest of your day look like when you're NOT working out? I would set your activity level based on that, and not your workouts. Log your workouts as exercise daily and then it'll give you additional calories you can eat. But set your activity level based on what your day to day activity level is like.
Do you work? Are you on your feet all day, or mostly sitting at a desk? Please describe your typical week.0 -

Agreed... Moderate exercise = 70%-75% max heart rate - can't be sure but it looks like your doing at least that 3-5 hours per week...0 -
Yes, I agree with "moderate".0

Thank you everyone. I was thinking moderate and trying that for a month or 2 to see how I feel.0

I do work, 3 days a week for 12 hours a day. I'm pretty much on my feet all day in a manufacturing environment. I didn't want to have to log in my exercise in MFP, I wanted to choose an activity modifier and use that in my TDEE calculation. Thanks!0 -
Don't overthink it... it's just a calculation/estimate. Whatever you pick, you're going to have to try it for a month then see if your results are as expected. If they aren't you'll have to tweak things appropriately.0

Aren't the "hours" in the activity level descriptions per day, and not per week?0
