Can I add the calorie amount if I know it?

What if the food tracker calories are different that the ones on the package that is right in front of me? Is there a way I can put in my own calorie amounts if I know what it is instead of leaving it up to the food tracker who may have it wrong?
Thanks

Yes. You go into my foods and it will probably come up in their database. You can select 'it is not the same food' or bring it up from their database and click on edit and then edit the nutritional info. I run across this all of the time. When I change something after the name I will put 'per label'. You can also elect to share it with MFP members. I run across this a lot and I make the changes based on the nutritional label or menu. :flowerforyou:0
