Exercise and Injury

Hello, I am looking for ways to exercise without weights. I had a cyst removed from my wrist 2 days ago and it has 2 stitches in it until next week. Doctor said I could still exercise but not to put any weight on my right arm for 3 wks. I typically do exercise DVD's, Gazelle, stationary bicycle, and Bowflex. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do until I am healed?
Thanks, Shelley

I agree walking is great. If you want to burn a little more try finding a hilly area or stairs and add this to your walk. I have noticed when I walk hills I lose weight a little faster. Good luck on your healing.:flowerforyou:0
