Help me fix my workout!!

I have an 18 month old daughter and CANNOT lose this baby weight! I am 24 and about 5'6". Right now I weigh about 145 (give or take on a given day). I was 125 before I got pregnant with her. I have lost about 25 pound since being on MFP, but that was a while back when I started at 170 pounds. I kind of fell off the wagon for a while, but have been back on for over a month and have barely lost ANYTHING!! I am working out 5 days a week usually too. SO I NEED HELP! I usually stay at my goal of 1200 cal a day, so I really think it is my workout that is causing me to not lose weight!

Here is what I have been doing at the gym. Keep in mind I am in terrible shape and am doing the best I can right now

10 min on elliptical with a resistance of 9 (this burns about 100 calories)
Then I do some strength exercises (usually legs first)
Then I go back and do 10 more mins on elliptical at same resistance (burn 100 calories)
Then another strength exercise (arms now)
Then I do 10 more mins on the elliptical.

I only have about 50 mins to spare at the gym bc I have to pick my daughter up from daycare by a certain time. I usually do crunches after she goes to sleep.

So I am doing cardio for 30 mins altogether nd burning about 300 calories. Why am I losing nothing??Any tips for a beginner like me??
