Breakdown of percentages.

Hey everyone,

Just wondering what people have their food percentages at? I was really struggling to keep my macros all in the red and someone mentioned that MFP default is not very good and to change them myself. So, at the moment, I have carbs 50%, fat 30% and protein 20% and the last few days I've only gone over a tiny bit on carbs.

Professional opinion would be good as well, or someone who has gotten professional opinion/advice in the past.
