Loosing weight is HARD!!! HELP!

HI my name is Jules, I am 23 (soon to be 24) and I have lost weight with weight watchers in the past. I lost 1 stone. I am 5ft 1inch and I weighed 10.3 stone when I joined last time which was about 3 years ago now..and 3 years later I have put all that weight back on.

I want to loose weight as I am going on a holiday on June 3rd.

I am a bridesmaid on 8th March 2014 and 31st March 2014

Now I have lost 2.5lb this week which I was very happy about (starting weight 10.3 1/2) However today for some reason I have been really low in mood and just feel like I am not getting anywhere...I can remember when I lost the weight in the past and keep comparing it to that...I want it to come of quicker. Even though I know that you have to do it steadily so it will stay off.

I just keep comparing myself to others and I just can't wait to fit into my normal clothes again. I am just finding difficult this time round.

However today after crying A LOT I decided to come on here and record what I have had to eat...shockingly it was around 500-600 calories including my tea!!! I was like right well that's obviously why I feel like this.


I need to eat more and exercise!!!! Who else feels like this when they havnt eaten?

    I don't feel depressed when I don't eat enough, I get angry. I'm talking someone could say hi and I'll take their head off.
