Chocolate or cheese?

This was a debate in our grad student office, and I was wondering what my fellow MFP'ers would pick...

If the world had to give up one of the two in exchange for world peace, which should it be: chocolate or cheese?

It was hard, but I think I would pick chocolate to trade for world peace. What do you think?

    Cheese. Chocolate is a keeper! What would we do without brownies? :( We can get the rest of the nutrients that cheese provides from other things. Besides, there are still cashew and soy 'cheeses.' :D

    That is such a terrible question. I would give up the cheese and keep the chocolate, but I would always be sad.

    Chocolate - you can find other sweet things to eat, but there is nothing to compare to cheese.

    As I was considering this important question, I realised how much I have changed over the last few years. I would, surprisingly, give up chocolate! That would not have happened only two years ago.

    However, I'd start eating it again the moment somebody picked up a gun and aimed it at somebody else! So, humans being what they are, I wouldn't have to abstain for long.
