Round Two!

Not new here, but for well over a year I tracked my food intake and exercise on my smartphone to the point where I was obsessed with recording literally everything and weighing any food that I ate.
Just before Christmas I got myself out of the habit of doing this and thought I'd take a break for a while. But I'm back! Purely to read the forums though, as I'm a lot more comfortable with my diet now and eat when I want, I just ensure it's the right foods that I consume. I'm starting to see a difference in my energy levels which makes getting through a workout so much easier.
I've also purchased NROLFW which is something I want to implement into my gym routine, I wondered if any ladies had any success stories they would share with me? Looking to start eating more than I am now and incorporating plenty of lifting. My main focus is legs at the moment - I squat and deadlift with kettlebells and a barbell respectively, at home, but I would like to use free weights in the gym too.
