exercise calories?

i only eat 1200 calories and daily burn about 500 calories, should I eat them back?

also if i do the above how much weight could i lose a week?

    Yes! Especially since you are only consuming 1200 calories.

    1200 is really low. I would set your goal to no more than 1.5lbs per week. Too low and you will lose more muscle than normal.

    You should eat them back on a 1200 calorie a day diet but how did you come up with the 1200 number? There are very few people that 1200 is a safe budget. You've probably set too aggressive of a goal for yourself.
