Fitness and Kitchen work tracking???????

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i would track from 7:30 am to 2pm working in a school kitchen with 1 hr of it cleaning and using a push floor machine?

    Buy a wrist watch heart rate monitor, I'm a postman and started measuring the calories I'm burning on my round.


    Its easy enough to do.
