I eat way too much carb someone tell me what I should be eating instead pleaseeeee! My pie chart graph is sooo bad

    I eat loads of carbs too. But I do it on purpose. At least 300 g a day

    The amount of carbs you should be eating is pretty much a personal thing and everyone has a different opinion. If you want to cut down on your carbs cut out anywhere from one to all of the following: bread, pasta, cereal, rice, potatoes, most fruits (google for low carb fruits) and starchy vegetables like corn and peas. Search out some low carb websites, a good place to start is http://lowcarbdiets.about.com.
