Roasted Acorn Squash Dip

Made this today. Not bad, thought I'd share.
1 Acorn Squash
1 TBLSP Tahini
2 cloves garlic
1 TBLS Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Heat oven to 400F
Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
Place cut side down on lightly oiled foil
Bake until soft. Probably 30 - 40 minutes. Could be longer, I didn't time this step.
Cool, scoop in to bowl and add the rest then mash.
I served with baked pita chips but anything would work.
