I'm a newcomer this week...

I physically feel GREAT! but figuring out my eating habits are something else....I love morning coffee I usually drink 2 large from McD'S but this week I dropped to only 1.... today added a grapefruit juice but now I'm over on sugars and just getting ready for dinner....when I seen that on the program I was like WHAT!!!

    Sugar is also hard for me :( I love fruit and probably eat more than I should but it's not the worst kind of thing I could be eating with sugar in it right?

    I think if you're going over sugar intake with donuts and pie then you should cut back, but as long as you aren't drinking more than a serving of juice I think you're okay :)
