Coming in Way Under My Goal

Currently I'm in college and working on the Insanity program plus I'm in the pool 2x a week for my team's post season practices putting in about 1,500 yards per practice. I'm coming in way under my daily goal without exercise.

I'm also on a college meal plan with limited options. Obviously I 'm not going to start scarfing down double bacon cheeseburgers here but any healthy calorie dense food suggestions would be great
