I really feel like doing some walking but I'm alreday 290 calories in deficit today. Never in my wildest dreams did I think not eating enough would be a diet problem!

I say go for the walk if you feel like it. You can treat yourself later to a small bowl of lowfat icecream or big glass of skim milk as a treat. Listen to your body. :flowerforyou:

OH! that's what happened to me the very first days.... I needed to eat more calories.... no way!! it is more food that I was eating before starting this plan.... starve mode???? bad..... so I have still 532 calories remaining and I don't feel hungry.... so, I will have to eat!!!
    New life style.....

I love peanut butter . .. especially in my morning oatmeal! Totally gets you ready for the day.

I don't fret too much over being under by one or two hundred every day. i know that there are some days where the kids will order a pizza or my husband will take me to a steak dinner . . . and I'll be able to treat myself. Since one of these things happens every week, I "bank" my saved calories for these days.

Also, do you know your average body temperature? that is a good indication of how much calorie your body needs and whether your thyroid is right.

Most of all, if you crash in your workouts or life . . . then UP the calories. This is about LIVING, not d-i-e-ting.

    I am so jealous.

I usually end up going out for a run so I can gain some calories for supper! I think my stomach is big enough to house a Volkswagen.
